NameSTL plugin support
For help with the NameSTL integration, contact support@soon-up.com. Include what you tried, your browser and any error message. Do not send passwords, account tokens or temporary download links.
Cannot save a design?
Connect your NameSTL account in ChatGPT and retry. If the connection request expired, start the connection again. Saved designs are attached to the NameSTL account you selected during consent.
Cannot download?
See export access. If you already have access, check that the connected account is correct. An expired download link can be replaced by requesting another download.
Preview will not load?
The 3D editor needs WebGL. Enable hardware acceleration, try an updated browser or reload the preview. Keep the download page open while it prepares the file.
Revoke account access
Use connection controls to revoke NameSTL plugin access. You can also remove the plugin in ChatGPT.
