About export access
Designing, previewing and editing 3D names in the NameSTL plugin do not require a subscription. Saving and reopening projects require a connected NameSTL account.

When a download is unavailable
The connected account does not currently include STL or 3MF export. The plugin ends that download request. The design remains available for editing and saving. This page explains access only; it does not change your account.
If you already have export access
Make sure you connected the same NameSTL account that holds your active eligible subscription. The plugin checks the account’s current entitlement each time it prepares a download. ChatGPT subscriptions do not grant NameSTL export access.
Temporary download links
Download pages expire after ten minutes. If a link expires, request the download again in your conversation. File preparation runs in your browser using the same geometry pipeline as the NameSTL editor.
